Introduction
1. Diameter is 3.75 inch (3.5'' terry machine is optional, which is mainly used to make children's terry socks)
2. Needle counts from 96N 108N 120N are available.
3. Production Capacity/24 hours: 250~380 pairs according to different sizes or crafts of socks.
4. Max. 16 colors can be knitted in one sock
5. 3D socks, two-color heel socks, low-cut socks, five-toe socks, terry socks, and non-terry socks can be knitted, invisbile sock function is optional
6. Length, density can be set up on the machine controller, patterns can be designed through the software according to buyers’ requirement. Therefore, sports socks, jacquard socks, casual socks, high knee socks can be knitted
7. Double down pickers and double up pickers are adopted for a better and quicker heel-knitting.

2. Servo Motor: Royaltec or Y.M.C, both of them are stable in performance and less repair rate
3. Pneumatic Cylinder: LIDING, best brand in China
4. Selector: Mingde brand as standard configuration, Fushun brand will be optional if buyer requires
5. Needles: Feijian or Golden Roc brand
6. Cams: CR12MOV material are used instead of casting part, which has a longer life

8. Package: Plywood case, usually 18 sets can be loaded in a 20ft container and 39 sets in a 40ft container
